In the context of the ever-unfolding phenomenon of globalization the article argues how in itself it is neither a demon nor an experience of heaven on earth. Economic globalization is only one aspect of the reality. It is the increasingly interconnected character of the political, economic, and social life of the peoples. It has brought about a more intensified and transregional interconnectedness. What we need is reform, not resistance of the reality, reform through global inclusiveness without marginalization.
