    Attempts have been made to produce a 'world theology', but in the present context of globalisation this is coming about of its own accord. The implications for the religions, however, are profound: ways must be found to accommodate their absolute truth claims without compromising their faith convictions. To achieve this the approach of 'collaborative theology' is proposed.
