This thesis juxtaposes social Trinitarian theology, referring to four key systematicians, contemporary leadership theories and extensive interviews with Christian leaders. It interrogates the extent to which the leaders’ theology animates their leadership, maps the space between Christian doctrine and leadership style, and proposes avenues for integrative engagement and interdisciplinary dialogue.
