    Abstract

    When Pope Francis was in Cuba, he said to the people, “Love and service, not ideology, are the keys to happiness.” I have been asked to reflect on three topics:
    i. my experience in Catholic health and aged care;
    ii. changes which I have observed over my years of ministry; and
    iii. my advice to those who now have responsibility for Catholic health and aged care.
