    This chapter considers how religious figures and communities can exercise leadership at a time of growing secularism. It describes the increasing collaboration among Christian traditions, especially in promoting social concern and wellbeing. It also outlines the dialogue and collaboration with other faith traditions to promote the common good of everyone.The article looks at Pope Francis to identify why his leadership has been so surprising and prominent.And the Westgate Baptist Community instances what is being done in local communities to promote inter-faith dialogue.
