Abstract

Some reflections on the Christological methods of the theologian Juan Luis Segundo, and those of Mother Teresa of Calcutta, who was dedicated to active work among the poorest of the poor, are presented. Segundo's notion of "gospel" and the need for Christians to be continually writing new gospels, as well as various aspects of the gospel of Mother Teresa, are also discussed.
