    Abstract

This paper, given at the seventy-first annual convention of the Canon Law Society of America, looks at De processibus (Book VII of the current code) in the light of canonical history of Australia and New Zealand. It specifically looks at canons 1673, 1458, 1598, 1425 and 1615; making recommendations for revisions from an antipodean perspective.
