Like Martin Luther, many christians sometimes struggle with the concept of living a God pleasing life. They can also struggle with how they can contribute to the mission of God. This article explores the way in which christians are involved in the mission of God as they live in their daily callings. It brings the concepts of mission Dei and Christian vocation into conversation and then explores the question: what do the faithful need from their church to encourage and assist them as they take up their Christian vocation in daily life/
