Abstract

The thesis explores how spiritual direction can support leadership and organizational development, integrating spirituality within the practice of leadership and organizational life. The thesis introduces Ethnographic Spiritual Direction as the research method, bringing spiritual experience into consciousness through the lens of spiritual direction for the purpose of data generation and analysis.
