Abstract

Middle adult Korean males, formed in a rigid culture, are faced with difficulty of relationship due to massive dismissal. This thesis analyses their consciousness culturally and psychologically and discusses a mature spirituality for them to develop relationships with their own self, others and the Ultimate Being. This thesis also recommends a model of servant leadership for them.
