The thesis provides a theological rationale for developing youth ministry in the light of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA), constructs a theology of youth ministry on this basis, and suggests practices to engage young people’s faith trajectories as they are depicted in Charles Taylor’s examination of our secular age.
